Turnaround Time for Made to Order Embroidery:

2023 update: 2-3 weeks for all made to order pieces, including bouquets. Larger items or custom orders may take longer, and I will be communicative of my expected turnaround time.

I typically confirm turnaround time via email if you are ordering an anniversary gift, and will offer rush option fees if I am able to accommodate rush orders.

Up to 5 business days for ornaments.

Ordering multiple items can affect your turnaround time.

If you need an item made & sent sooner, I must be notified BEFORE you place an order & I must agree that I can fulfill your order in the time frame you are requesting.

How will my items be shipped?

Standard domestic shipping is free on orders of $150! This does NOT include priority speed shipping.

All embroidery hoops ship in either a mailer or box, depending on the size.

Gift wrapping is available for purchase and is linked within each listing. If you are interested in sending a gift directly to a recipient, please put their shipping address at checkout + put a note in the "Special Instructions for Seller" at checkout if you would like me to include a hand written note with your gift.

How long does shipping take?

On average, if you are within the U.S. it will take 7 business days or less.

For Canada shipping, I have seen packages being delivered as soon as 7 days from the ship date and as long as 4 weeks from the ship date. It is something i have zero control over

If you are within the U.S. and want expedited shipping, PLEASE contact me for a quote beforehand! Expedited shipping costs are NOT included in my free shipping to U.S. Residents deal!

Refund Policy:

For Ready To Ship Embroidery: In the very odd event that you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, I will allow you to return it within 5 days of receipt. Shipping costs are NON refundable. Buyer pays return shipping.

For Custom/Made to Order Embroidery: I simply cannot refund or exchange ANY custom work. If I made an error with your order (spell something incorrectly, make you the wrong size) I will remake the item & replace it for you!

If you: did not specify you needed an order by a certain date BEFORE placing your order, provided me with incorrect colors and/or information, your order is not eligible for a return or exchange! Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. I begin custom orders when they are placed, whether it is drawing sketches or making the product right away. Please be 100% sure when purchasing.
